حذف حسابك في برّ

من داخل التطبيق

افتح برّ وادخل برقم هاتفك.
افتح تبويب الإعدادات.
اضغط «حذف الحساب» ثم «حذف نهائي».

بدون التطبيق

أرسل إلى support@nuvotik.com من يملك الحساب، مع رقم الهاتف المسجل في برّ. سنتحقق من ملكية الرقم قبل الحذف، ونكمل الطلب خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

حسابك واسمك ورقم هاتفك ورمز الإشعارات.
الرسائل الصوتية التي أرسلتها.
إذا لم يكن أحد غيرك يتابع والدك أو والدتك: جميع بياناته أيضًا، من أدوية وجرعات وتأكيدات ورسائل صوتية.

ما الذي يبقى

إذا كان فرد آخر من العائلة يتابع الوالد نفسه، تبقى بياناته الصحية لديه، ما عدا رسائلك الصوتية. لا نحتفظ بنسخة من البيانات المحذوفة.

Delete your Birr account

In the app

Open Birr and sign in with your phone number.
Open the Settings tab.
Tap "Delete account", then "Delete for good".

Without the app

Email support@nuvotik.com from the account owner, with the phone number registered in Birr. We confirm you own the number before deleting, and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, name, phone number and notification token.
The voice messages you sent.
If nobody else follows your parent: all of their data too, including medications, doses, check-ins and voice messages.

What stays

If another family member follows the same parent, that parent's health records stay with them, without your voice messages. We keep no copy of deleted data.
